Recently , “The Village Voice” presented a great article on the latest tool used by communities to educate residents on their rights: art. The group Communities United for Police Reform (CPR) is painting murals by the artist Sharon De La Cruz entitled “Know Your Rights”, which aim to educated Bronx residents in the importance in knowing their rights in dealing with law enforcement.
